Outline of research
I’m engaged in research of cellular lifespan of fission yeast to elucidate its regulatory mechanisms. I’m focusing on the factors obtained from longevity screening, and tying to clarify how these factors function in lifespan regulation by employing genetic and biochemical approaches. I aim to contribute to human health and longevity based on the results of my research in the future.
