Outline of research
Structure determination of biomacromolecules and structure-guided drug design are the key issues of my reaearch history. At the graduate school, I engaged in the research for the interaction between DNA and anti-cancer drug. Then, I mainly engaged in determination of the structures and the molecular functions of protein domains. Now I'm working on PDZ-domain, MIT-domain, intrinsically disordered proteins, as well as A-beta peptide.
