Application Guidelines for the Doctoral Program Entrance Examination of the Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences for the 2026 Academic Year (to be conducted in February 2026)
After completing the application registration and paying the entrance examination fee through the online application system, please submit the necessary application documents within the application period.

We do not provide printed application guidelines.
Please download the application guidelines and application documents from this website.
– Please print and use the application documents on A4 paper, one page at a time.
Note 2:
Online application (input) will be available from December 22, 2025.
Please carefully review the application guidelines and the online application process to prepare.
– The deadline for submitting application documents is
January 9, 2026 (Friday) by 4:00 PM (in Japan time, and must have reached the Administration Office by this time), so please be careful if you are mailing them.
Regarding ‘Important Information Changes’, notifications will be made on the graduate school’s website and by faculty members of your desired field of study, so we kindly request that you continue to pay attention to information disseminated by the graduate school.

As also stated in the application guidelines, please make sure to contact the faculty member in charge of your desired field of study before submitting your application.

If you take the exam without prior notification, please be aware that it will be considered as non-compliance with the application guidelines and will be taken into account during the final evaluation.
